High Mesh Screen

110, 125, 155, 185 mesh

Superior wall thickness, elevated open area built for universal rotary printing from broad blotch coverage to the finest detail reproduction.

High Mesh Screen from SCREENOINDIA are the outcome of sustained research and development investment. This technically refined product sets a new benchmark for what a second-generation rotary screen can deliver. With their superior wall thickness and elevated open area, High Mesh Screen find application across the full breadth of textile rotary printing — from large surface coverage to the finest outline and detail reproduction.

High Mesh screens are engineered to provide textile printers with measurably better colour distribution, consistent dye deposition across the substrate, and more accurate reproduction of fine design elements, including the ability to print clean outlines and straight lines without a sawtooth effect. The Delta range also offers tangible production benefits: lower paste consumption per print, higher achievable printing speeds, and significantly reduced screen wear, even when working with aggressive or highly corrosive printing paste formulations.

High Mesh  — The Screen Built for Universal Rotary Printing

SCREENOINDIA introduced the High Mesh Screen as part of its  development, and from the outset, it has earned consistent recognition among rotary printers of all types. Within the full High Mesh range, the 110 mesh has established itself as the standout configuration so reliably versatile across different print requirements that production teams have come to treat it as their universal screen: capable of handling everything from wide blotch areas to the finest detail in a single setup.

The High Mesh 110 mesh is widely regarded as the definitive replacement for conventional 125 mesh screens, offering two clear technical advantages that make it a more practical and cost-effective choice:

  • Significantly easier stripping after polymerisation and printing, a characteristic that conventional 125 mesh screens simply cannot match
  • Pinning and retouching operations are simplified by the larger open area and wider hole diameter, reducing downtime and rework that 125 mesh configurations typically require

The defining characteristic of this series is its capacity to handle design requirements at resolutions that were previously unachievable in rotary printing — eliminating saw tooth effects in fine lines, removing moiré patterns in half-tone work, and enabling multi-colour combinations across diverse design types.

This screen delivers four clear performance advantages:

1. The highest print resolution currently achievable in textile rotary screen printing

2. Superior surface printing output through exceptional fine-detail definition

3. Significantly improved half-tone and geometrical print performance, with an advanced biconical hole geometry that further reduces moiré and pattern distortion

4. The capability to take on the most technically demanding design briefs in rotary printing — without compromise

High Mesh Screen

As part of SCREENOINDIA’s ongoing commitment to providing rotary textile printers with more effective and application-specific screen solutions, we are pleased to introduce the High Mesh SV range, a specialised addition to the High Mesh family of nickel perforated screens.

High Mesh SV screens are manufactured with a special 45° mesh angle, making them purpose-suited to all types of geometrical design work. When combined with SCREENOINDIA’s seamless digital lacquer exposure and direct light laser engraving capability, the SV configuration produces sharper, more defined print edges for geometrical patterns than any standard mesh angle can achieve.

The technical specifications of the 125 SV and 155 SV High Mesh screens are identical to those of the standard 125 and 155 High Mesh configurations — the sole distinction is the mesh angle: 45° in the SV range versus the standard 60°, a specific geometry developed by SCREENOINDIA’s R&D team to address the demands of geometrical pattern printing.

The result of this narrower dam width and higher open area is an exponential improvement in screen printability. Less impression pressure is required to achieve consistent substrate coverage. The High Mesh Screen therefore offers a meaningful reduction in paste consumption — making these screens not only technically superior but operationally more cost-effective than earlier generation alternatives. These screens perform at the highest level for both full penetrative printing and surface printing applications, delivering the finest achievable print resolution in textile rotary printing today.
